About the Founder

Mr. Khemmar is a multidisciplinary designer and cultural consultant with over two decades of international experience. He is the founder of HDS StudioS Limited Co., known for its visionary work in theme park design, entertainment concepts, and immersive environments.

 

His portfolio includes key contributions to high-profile projects such as the Bumblebee Head exhibit for Universal Studios Beijing (2019) and spatial design for a Ph.D. thesis at the Central Academy of Fine Arts in Beijing (2009). In addition to design, Mr. Khemmar has shared his insights globally — from speaking to international students in Russia (2015) to participating in China’s prestigious Silk Road Forum (2018).

He is also a published author, with works such as The FIVE Steps to Design Your Dream Theme Park (2021), the dramatic piece Electre (2004), and a professional style guide for Huawei. His work has earned numerous honors, including:

• Best Design Concept, Asia Pacific Entertainment Contest (2019)
• Best Landscape Design, APC Awards (2019)
• A Letter of Appreciation from the President of the People’s Republic of for his intellectual contributions

Previously, he served as Secretary General of the cultural association “Nathan” (2002–2006), actively promoting arts and cross-cultural dialogue.
